Here's the low-down on our no hassle shipping policy!

Each piece of art is individually hand-wrapped and packaged. We try to ship all art within 10 days of order. If you live in the Houston area, we will hand-deliver the piece to you.

How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?

We handle the shipping and packaging—free of charge. If ordering outside the United States, there may be some import duties, but sadly there's nothing we can do about that.

Why Hasn't My Order Arrived?

We try to ship all artwork within 7 - 10 days of order. If you have questions about your order or need an order urgently, reply to the email we have sent you with your order confirmation and we'll do our best to help!

What Is A Secure Shipping Address?

Nobody wants to see you your piece left out in weather or stolen before you even get to love it! So please make sure to provide a delivery address where you're certain someone will be able to receive and look after your artwork when it arrives.


Here is the low-down on our no hassle returns policy!

Except as specified below, items purchased from Mona Loves Gustav, LLC can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, we require the invoice as proof of purchase and the return of the certificate of authenticity provided with the artwork.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We have a 7 day return policy, which applies for damaged works as well. Please note that any refunds need to be done within this timeframe. If you'd like to return the artwork(s) within this timeframe, we're happy to arrange the return free of charge.

How Do I Return The Artwork?

If you're in Houston, we'll organize a time to pick it up. Just let us know what day/time would be convenient and we'll arrange for things from there. If you're located outside of Houston, we'll send you the return labels to attach to your package. Make sure the artwork is securely packaged for transport—we recommend that you use the original packaging.

When Does The Refund Get Issued?

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Upon approval, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece or pieces,

  • Contact us at within (7) days of delivery with your choice of artwork(s) for the exchange
  • Save all packaging materials and documents—do not throw away
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the return process

Damaged Items

If you receive damaged artwork,

  • Take photos of the damage
  • Save all packaging materials and documents—do not throw away
  • Contact us immediately/no later than (24) hours after delivery at
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the return process
